If you are considering a move or looking to rent for the first time then we will guide you through the process helping you to have a trouble free experience. We offer a bespoke service and will try and deliver whatever you want. We can provide unfurnished right through to fully serviced accommodation. If you see a property you like but want a cleaner every week or gardener – No problem we will arrange it for you.
We know your time is valuable and will work around you when scheduling viewings. Once you have registered interest in a property we will explain to you our application process before carrying out referencing and credit checks. Upon acceptance the related legal paperwork will be prepared, including tenancy agreements and inventories. We will fully explain your legal obligations and our responsibilities prior to you committing to a tenancy and signing the agreement including the prescribed information relating to payments of deposits.
When you move in, we will carry out an inventory of the property, ensuring all of the fixtures and furniture are in good condition we will also check the meter readings we will ensure all controls are explained to you and let you know about the local area if you have just moved here. We can even arrange for a guided tour of the local amenities!
Throughout the process we will be there to help you and ensure that the property is handed to you in tip top condition. Once you have moved in, we will always be available if you come across any problems. We work closely with a property maintenance company who are available 24 hours a day and will carry out any repairs as soon as possible.
